Water Damage Restoration Services

For Serious Water Damage, Trust the Experts.

Mold damage caused by flooding, hurricanes, rising rivers, or faulty pipes are situations that SRP is all too familiar with.   As a business owner or homeowner, dealing with a catastrophic event is devastating and overwhelming.  Most aren’t aware of the hidden dangers associated with water damage.

Any outside water source that enters your home or business contains potentially harmful bacteria, including animal or human waste.  Additionally, water intrusion promotes mold growth. Mold spores can cause allergy-like symptoms, respiratory problems and even infections.

Aren’t sure what you need to do next?  Consider consulting with a mold professional to  assist you in the  mold removal process.  A professional will be able to assess the damage and provide a written protocol with proper mold remediation procedures and recommendations.

SRP provides an array of industrial hygiene services specifically for water damage and large loss jobs.

Key Services include:

Fungal and Bacterial Investigations

SRP follows guidelines set by the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH) and the Institution of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).

SRP Industrial Hygienists conduct a visual inspection, and obtain fungal air and surface samples and bacterial air and surface samples.  All samples are analyzed by a microbiological laboratory certified by the American Industrial Association.
