As a Licensed Hazardous Materials Contractor, SRP Environmental’s Spill Response Team can respond to and mitigate Non-Hazardous emergencies. Our goal is to provide a fast response with the equipment necessary to complete the project.
Because SRP Environmental maintains a spill response trailer (stocked with drums, overpacks, absorbent material, pumps, personal protection equipment, sample containers, air monitoring equipment, tools, etc.), drill rig, vacuum truck, various pumps, and a host of other equipment we are ready to mobilize at a moment’s notice. Our Spill Response Team is on call 24-hours a day.
During an emergency situation the last thing you want to be concerned with is the coordination of activities between various regulatory agencies. Our clients can count on us to represent their best interest when dealing with regulatory agencies such as the State Police, Department of Transportation, and Department of Environmental Quality, etc.
The staff of SRP Environmental has conducted numerous spill response activities in Louisiana and Texas and understands the requirements of these regulatory agencies and how best to serve our clients. Whether it is a leaking above ground storage tank, leaking underground storage tank, an overturned tanker truck, a leaking tote, etc. SRP Environmental has the capabilities necessary to quickly capture the product and remediate the affected area.
All SRP personnel have extensive training in both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Materials Emergencies; which includes OSHA’s 40-hour HAZWOPER Training, Incident Command Training and DOT Hazardous Materials Training. The SRP Team also has experts in Chemical Evaluation to provide the safest and most cost effective disposal options. Give us a call to discuss how we can assist you in being prepared should a spill occur.
