When OSHA issues citations for violations, there is a 15 day period in which the cited company can request an Informal Conference. This provides a company with the opportunity to contact SRP Environmental regarding the citation. We can review the citation, inspect the areas in violation of OSHA regulations, and assist you in the mitigation process.

SRP Environmental will analyze each citation and develop a safety program that includes management training as part of our corrective action plan which often assists in fine abatement. Our safety program is specific to each client.

Fine abatement or fine reductions are possible when proper corrective actions and management involvement are introduced as part of our formal OSHA response. Contact SRP Environmental immediately if your company has been contacted by OSHA.
