Industrial Hygiene is defined by OSHA as “the science of anticipating, recognizing, evaluating, and controlling workplace conditions that may cause workers’ injury or illness.” This webinar teaches you how to identify, define, and anticipate different hazards in the workplace using Job Hazard Analyses. It will discuss the hierarchy of controlling hazards for various types of hazards, how to employ Safety Observations and Risk Assessments, and how to use the Risk Management Center to address and control various hazardous situations.
