In November of 2017, Chad Hyman became the Director of Gulf South Operations of SRP Environmental in Houston, Texas.  With his experience outside of SRP, Hyman brings a real world perspective to industrial hygiene and safety solutions in the workplace.  He is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional with a Master of Science in Industrial Hygiene.

Hyman creates sampling protocols and oversees client’s industrial hygiene program throughout numerous industries including construction, chemical manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, and oil and gas.  Hyman is adept in performing employee exposure monitoring for silica, hydrogen sulfide, organic vapors, chemicals, and gases; noise exposure; asbestos and lead surveys; fungal and bacterial investigations; indoor air quality; site safety audits; and job hazard analysis.

He has spoken multiple times at the American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Expo and for the Society of Petroleum Engineers.  In 2017, Hyman co-authored a conference paper titled “Working Together to Prevent Worker Exposures During Gauging and Sampling Activities ” through  Society of Petroleum Engineers .
