California Compliance: Heat Illness Regulation Changes

 Return

Cal/OSHA has recently updated the law pertaining to heat illness regulations for California. Employers are now required to train employees on additional heat-related hazards and how to respond appropriately should heat illness develop. The rules surrounding water, cool-down, shade, rest requirements, and program management at certain temperature thresholds have also changed. Employers are also required to update their emergency response procedures.

Learn the changes and how to keep employees safe when working in hot conditions.

This 45-minute awareness-based webinar will provide an overview of the recent amendments, and how the Heat Stress Prevention training course can address the regulation changes.
